講故事，是人基本的創作方式。故事源於真實的生活經驗、情緒、思想、想像，沒有既定的表達方式和格式。工作坊應用「被壓迫者劇場」和「社區音樂」的基本方法，和參加者共同探索希望說的故事，進行簡單的集體創作。

Storytelling is a basic way to create, originating from real life experience, emotions, thoughts, and imaginations. There are thousands of ways to tell a story. In the workshop, some basic forms from ‘Theatre of the Oppressed’ and ‘Community Music’ will be introduced to explore stories of the participants in the context of collective creativity.

There are many unfortunate situations in life, which may make you feel bad and hopeless. When these unfortunate things accumulate with time, we cannot avoid losing our passion and hope. Through Nagomi Pastel Art, a simple art form to draw with fingers, we can relieve the pressure in life and look for something wonderful that was previously neglected!

還是拼命把時間表填滿，滴水不漏？

直視死亡，不再忌諱，從死亡探視生命。

表達藝術導向劇場為本中心表達藝術治療師鄧智珊所創的編作及表演形式，以表達藝術治療的手法切入，導引創作意念的流動，讓舞台成為意念和情緒的載體，演出期間帶領觀眾同時覺察當下感受並進行創作（Aesthetic Response) ，構建雙向的演出與藝術平台，讓每個人的感受都能被看見。

《向死而生》揉合詩詞文學、視覺藝術、形體舞動、音樂及戲劇，與觀眾誠實地分享演出者對死亡的探索和思考，讓我們帶領觀眾放下理性，從感受出發覺察死亡和生命的痕跡。

你懂得如何陪伴孩子嗎？試試在藝術的互動過程中與孩子以非語言的方式溝通，在無批判的過程中建立關係。你的陪伴是孩子成長重要的養份，一起來參與吧！

過去種種的不幸、創傷所造成的「情緒陰影」，讓我們活在困擾之中，但這道暗黑的「風景」卻是心靈成長的土壤，正如偉大的蘇菲詩人魯米說：「光從傷口進入內心」。誕生於日本戰後時期的舞踏，通過怪異和荒誕的表演形式，追求肉體之上的心靈解放和自由，也許就是讓我們直面陰影的療癒詩歌。

是次工作坊由本地舞踏手謝嘉豪帶領學員，從簡單的呼吸練習開始，透過基本的舞踏訓練，打開身體感知，以舞蹈的溫柔力量，進入內心被遺忘的暗黑角落，重新尋回身心連結的通道，與陰影對話。

At the other side of our conscious life, there’re shadows we carry with. The negative effect of the shadow may thwart our most well-meant intentions. (Carl Jung) But if we are able to see our own shadow, the confrontation brought up to the personal unconscious which could make the connection with our body and inner self again.

This workshop will give a brief introduction to Butoh and focus on a conscious research in the unification of our body/mind/soul, so that we can deeply enjoy the intrinsic process of metamorphosis through the spirit of Butoh dance.
