《藝術生命軌跡》表達藝術治療多元種族活齡社區計劃
由於語言限制和文化差異，少數族裔長者在香港的情緒支援和生死教育資源有限。計劃透過表達藝術治療及生死教育，改善少數族裔長者、照顧者及華裔長者的情緒及生命成長需求。延續過去一年的成果，計劃來年將接觸更多長者，讓他們突破語言界限，以視覺藝術、音樂、舞動等藝術媒介表達情緒和生死觀，從而紓緩個人焦慮和抑鬱；計劃亦將培訓「生命旅程」探索大使，鼓勵於同儕間推廣生死教育，關注不同族群長者間的藝術交流，促進跨文化溝通。計劃亦會組織展覽，並結集長者生命故事成書，接觸更多公眾，讓不同文化的長者以開放的心態互相學習和理解，建立共融社會。

‘The Art of Life Journey’ Expressive Arts Therapy
Multi-Ethnics Active Aging Community Scheme

Due to language barriers and cultural differences, ethnic minority seniors in Hong Kong have had limited access to emotional support services and life-and-death education. This project seeks to address this gap for both ethnic minority and Chinese seniors, as well as their caretakers, using expressive arts therapy and life-and-death education. Building on last year’s success, the project will expand its outreach to more seniors. By using visual arts, music, and dance, it will help overcome language barriers and enable participants to express their emotions and thoughts on life-and-death, helping them cope with anxiety and depression. The project will also train ambassadors to promote life-and-death education among their peers. This approach emphasises artistic exchanges between seniors from different ethnic backgrounds to foster cross-cultural understanding. Their artworks and stories will be showcased in the form of exhibition and storybooks to engage the public and promote an inclusive society.

遇見不同的風景，又在眼簾的餘光中流逝

有人和你相遇，有人提早離開

最終不論你我，都會迎來人生列車的最終站

《藝術生命軌跡》表達藝術治療多元種族活齡社區計劃透過表達藝術治療及生死教育的介入，讓居住於香港的華裔長者及少數族裔長者探索生命及死亡。他們在藝術中探望生命的起伏，也將旅途中一切所得拾起、塑造、再創造；付出信任和勇氣窺探未來與死亡。

在這個《生命旅程作品展》的中途站，他們和你坦誠地分享這一切得著也誠意地邀請你在看他們的生命時，回頭探訪自己的生命。

Life is like riding on a train that never turns back.
You encounter different scenery, which then slips away in the corner of your eye.
Some people meet you along the way, some leave early.
In the end, whether it’s you or me, we all will eventually arrive at the journey's last stop.

‘The Art of Life Journey’ Expressive Arts Therapy Multi-Ethnics Active Aging Community Scheme uses expressive arts therapy and end-of-life education to help elderly Chinese and ethnic minority residents in Hong Kong explore life and death. Through art, they reflect on the highs and lows of life, gathering, shaping, and recreating all that they have gained during the journey, giving trust and courage to peer into the future and confront mortality.

At this midway station of the "Life Journey Art Exhibition," they sincerely share with you all they have gained, and warmly invite you—while viewing their lives—to also look back and reflect on your own.

將展出少數族裔長者及華裔長者探索關於生命的藝術創作。透過藝術，公眾可更深入了解少數族裔及華裔長者的地區文化、生命歷程及面對死亡的感受。

公眾亦可參與現場藝術互動及工作坊，工作坊由表達藝術治療師帶領，幫助參與者回顧生命，探索生命中重要的時刻。凡參加者皆可獲得紀念品一份。

The public is also welcome to join onsite interactive art sessions and workshops, guided by expressive arts therapists. The workshops aim to help participants reflect on their life journeys and explore significant moments in their lives. Each participant will receive a souvenir.

At this event, we will launch the newly published ‘Ethnic Minority Elderly Life Stories’ sharing the life stories, artworks, and cultural knowledge of ethnic minority elders living in Hong Kong. The launch will include a workshop open to the public, where participants can read the book and, with guidance from expressive arts therapists, explore the journey of life. Each participant will receive a copy of ‘Ethnic Minority Elderly Life Stories’
