▴ 工作坊內容簡介 ▴

以感恩大自然的美麗和陪伴為主題，在表達藝術治療師的帶領下進行大自然攝影、大自然樂器體驗、多媒體視藝創作、身體抒壓舞動等藝術活動。現場更有本中心的表達藝術治療師們陪伴大家一起探索，聆聽大家過程中的發現和感受。我們將一起在表達藝術的互動過程中，感受即使在經歷疫症或各種生活轉變而帶來的不安時，都有大自然所給予無條件的安慰一直陪伴在旁。

 ▴ Workshop Content ▴

To do arts creations with the theme "Be Thankful to Nature", e.g. Nature Photography, Nature Music Instruments Impromptu, Visual Art Creation, Body Relaxation etc., under the facilitation by Expressive Arts Therapist. The Expressive Arts Therapists of our center will be there for you to share your thoughts or feeling in the arts exploration. Together we take good care of our body-mind wellbeing and make arts as our language of saying thanks to the beautiful nature for being with us always and for sharing the unconditional love and care to us in this time of changes.

** Participants who successfully enroll and attend "Expressive Arts Community Fun Day- 'Nature Thanksgiving'@ SummerFest" could be given priority in enrolment for the upcoming "Expressive Arts Community Fun Day" which will be held on 17/09 afternoon. Our special guest - popular singers will participate in the event!
