此工作坊為了想放鬆、體驗靜觀、對瑜伽有興趣的朋友而設。當感到壓力的時侯,我們可能慣性忽略身心靈的感受,更有機會導致疲累、頭痛、失眠等,令生活失衡。靜觀瑜伽結合身體動作及心靈練習,在放鬆的狀態中,讓身心得以專注地休息;有趣的動作亦能幫助產生腦內啡分泌,緩解疼痛及減輕壓力。今次特別請來資深有廿多年靜觀瑜伽修習及十多年導課經驗的Ken sir,讓大家體驗靜觀瑜伽的樂趣。

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to relax, experience meditation, and who are interested in yoga. When we feel stressed, we may habitually ignore the feelings of body and mind, which may lead to fatigue, headaches, insomnia, etc., and make our life unbalanced. Mindfulness yoga combines physical movements and spiritual exercises, allowing the body and mind to rest in a relaxed state; interesting movements can also help produce endorphins, relieving pain and stress. This time, Ken, who has more than 20 years of mindfulness yoga practice and more than 10 years of teaching experience, is specially invited to let everyone experience the joy of mindfulness yoga.

人體生理系統各部分都有獨特的振動頻率;身心是相連的,當生理系統的狀態不好,頻率亦會影響心理,令情緒受影響,使身心頻率不和諧。

 

音頻療法透過聲音振動這一種物理能量,引起人體組織細胞發生共振,影響心率、呼吸節奏,同時提高大腦皮層的興奮性,振奮精神,減輕緊張及焦慮等,改善情緒。此工作坊將帶領大家體驗音頻療法,享受聲音的洗禮,讓身心得以淨化及充能。

 

Each part of the human physiological system has a unique vibration frequency. The body and mind are connected. When the physiological system is in a bad state, the frequency will also affect the psyche, the emotions, and the frequency of the body and mind may become disharmonious.

 

Sound Therapy, through the physical energy of sound vibration, causes the resonance of human tissue cells, affects the heart rate and breathing rhythm, and at the same time increases the excitability of the cerebral cortex, boosts the spirit, relieves tension and anxiety, and improves mood. This workshop will lead everyone to experience Sound Therapy, enjoy the baptism of sound, so that the body and mind can be purified and recharged.

皮膚的溫度,隨著季節、環境和行動而變改。那麼,心靈的溫度呢?

皮膚接觸到不同的物件,會有不同的觸感;心靈接觸到不同的狀況,也會有多變的感受。

 

在工作坊裡,我們將開啟身體感官及想像力,運用動作及大自然的元素,在動與靜、冷與暖之間,探索心靈狀態的變化。

 

The temperature of the skin changes with the season, environment and action. So, what about the temperature of the soul?

When the skin comes into contact with different objects, there will be different tactile sensations; when the mind comes into contact with different situations, there will be different feelings.

 

In the workshop, by using movement and elements of nature, we will open up our body's senses and imagination, explore the changes in body mind and spirit between movement and stillness, cold and warm.

If you feel that your life or working environment has changed due to this, and you need a little space to reset yourself;

Come and express your feelings through arts creation, and listen to the people who breathe in this land together.
